Collect fruits, but watch out for Funky and his clones, they'll try to stop you (why they're doing that is anybody's guess), so try to outsmart them!
P.S.: Due to this being a Nuts & Milk ROM hack, you can't float, obviously (fortunately for you, neither can Funky), but you can jump, so try to make good use of it.

This ROM hack is distributed as an IPS (International Patching System) patch.
Therefore, you must get the original Nuts & Milk ROM and patch it (I recommend using this website, but any program or website that patches ROMs should do the trick).
That's it. Once you've done that, just download any NES emulator (if you don't have any, that is) and you can play it without problems.
